The sun comes out every morning because in different parts of the world there are different weather and it could be night in other country's and day in others. The sun stays in the same place but there earth orbits around the sun slowly so that different places get different weather but the moon is much smaller than earth and lots smaller than the sun but still brightens the world when sun goes down. It gets it shine from the sun and only one bit of the moon is facing the sun so only one bit gets lighted up. That's why some nights only have a bit of the moon shining while the other bit is not getting lighted up by the sun because it is facing the other way so is not bright.
The sun is one big fire ball and the earth orbits around the sun. The sun is always out but we can't see the sun because even though it one big mammoth the clouds block it all when were in Australa it will be night and then the moon last one well, the moon is very small and the sun reflects one to the moon which makes the half crescent and full moon, there are 28 days in a moon's cycle and well the moon is always just like the sun it is always there. That's my explantion what's youre's?
The Moon is on a special cycle. It is called the Lunar cycle. That is when we get day and night. The Moon goes around the Earth while the Sun is reflecting on Moon. Only at certain times the Moon will be reflected on to the Earth so we only see some bits of the Moon. This is when the cycle starts.
Moon Cycle Order: * New Moon - this is when you can't see the Moon. *Waxing Crescent - this when there is a crescent on the right hand side of the Moon. *First Quarter - this when there is a half Moon on the right hand side. It is called a quarter because it is a quarter way through the cycle. *Waxing Gibbous - this is when there is a crescent left of the Moon on the right hand side. *Full Moon - this when you can see the whole Moon. *Waning Gibbous - this is when there is a crescent left of the Moon on the left hand side. *Last Quarter - this half of the Moon on the left hand side. *Waning Crescent - this is a crescent on the left hand side. Then it goes back to the New Moon and the cycle starts all over again. The cycle goes on for 29 days.
We have night and day because the Earth rotates. It takes it twenty-four hours to make a complete turn. The part of the Earth that is facing the sun has day because the sun is glowing. The part of the Earth that is not facing the sun has night because the sun is on the other side of the planet.
We get day and night because of the different times of the world for example say if you are living in china and its morning time ,Here it will be night time because the earth orbits and the sun gives as light and heat and the moon gets its reflection from the suns face because there are different times in different countries
The Earth is going around its axis and when the part of the Earth you are living in faces the Earth you have day, but if you are on the other side then you should be in bed at night. This is how time was created. Many, many years ago they used sundial to tell the sun. The Earth was roughly spherical and so only half of the Earth can be lighted at once as the other side wouldn’t get the light of the sun.
The reason we have day is because the sun is in one place in the solar system, but Earth orbits the sun,so once one day has gone by, the side of the Earth that we live on is facing the sun! The reason we have night is because when the side of the Earth that we live on is not facing the sun is dark, so we have night! The reason we can only sometimes see the moon is because it depends what phase the moon is in, Here are the moons phases:New moon; Waxing crescent; First quarter; Waxing gibbous; Full moon; Wading gibbous; Last quarter; Wading crescent;&New moon(again!).
The sun is up in the morning because the sun is shining on our side of the world and the light shines and it shines and we get day.The sun gives us light and heat. The sunlight is also our main source of light. The sun stays in the same place but Earth and all the other planets orbit the sun.The moon orbits the Earth and when the sun shines at the moon, the moon lights up.So,it is actually the sun that light up the moon and the moon gives us light. The Earth can only see parts of the moon while turning around.
