  7. What a good day on Tuesday we started at school all getting into the classroom and finding out our group we walked to the train station and we got on and played eye spy. When we got off we went to the under ground and got on the under ground train and talked . We got off at the station and walked to the library. Oh my it was big there where so many flours we walked in and saw a chair in a shape as a book. We walked to the hangers and hanged up our cotes and lunches then we walked to that toilets and while we where waiting for every one to come out the toilets we had a drink. Then some staff came over and showed us a room and we all sat down on the steps they showed us a leaflet and said we will write on it and describe what we can see and what adjectives and adverbs and verbs and nouns we could describe it with. Then we walked in to the room we where going to describe wow every one thought when we saw the oldest bible in the world i said on my leaflet that it looked old and interesting. Then I listened to this old besieges song i said it was funny loud and silly . When we got all are information we would go back to the room we all walked through another door and i saw tables and chairs their where lots of stamps and stickers. We all sat down and the staff said now you will be sticking down stickers and stamping stamps to make the words that you used to describe the things you saw. I used mostly pens and stamps to do mine and then you show the teacher. After we did that we have to get into groups we have to choose if you do a story or a play or a song or a rap i did a rap with me group about the besieges Jack and Rashiv did the beat boxing me Atchu and Diya did the rap. After that we went to the toilet said good bye to the staff and went back on the under ground back on the train all the way back to chatwroth primary school what a day!!!!!!!!!!

  17. I loved the whole trip. I remember when we first left school walking to the train station and we got on the train. I was already so excited when we got to the train and I was wondering how big it will really be because I have only seen it in pictures. When we got there it was amazing. My mum said I will go there with her one day.

  20. Thanks for organising this trip Miss Croash.
I had never visited the British Library before and was really excited to go with 5MD yesterday.
I loved the treasures room, what an amazing collection of ancient texts.
The one thing I will remember though is just how many books there are - 13.5 million!!! Enough to reach the moon.

  21. What a fantastic trip! We had lots of fun in 5JM and we learned lots about the treasures of the British Library. My favourite part was the role plays and songs that my class came up with.
